It’s great that you are thinking of enrolling your child at SportMindz! To do so, please fill in the form below.
Of course you first want to make sure that your son or daughter would like to join. Therefore, he or she is very welcome to come and take part in a lesson on a try-out basis. To apply for this, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After the try-out lesson you and your child can decide if you want to start a membership subscription of SportMindz. See below for more information on enrolment.
We at SportMindz work with three membership terms* of four months each. Therefore, you are not committed to a year’s contract. The price worked out comes to just €20 a month! Furthermore, it is possible to follow more than one lesson per week, in consultation. The enrolment fee is €20; this includes a SportMixz backpack and T-shirt. The membership subscription fee is payable by preauthorised debit only. There are no lessons during school holidays.
*SportMindz is closed during the whole month of August and you pay no membership subscription fee for this month. An AON insurance is included in your subscription fee, so that your child is always insured when training at SportMixz.
If you have any questions regarding subscription, or if you need to amend any administrative information (for example, a change of email address, home address, or bank account), please mail us at email@example.com
Please go to our Declaration of Privacy.
For answers to any other questions you may have, please go to our contactpage.
Ending your subscription is possible only in writing. Of course you may write a letter to our postal address (see contact page), but we would prefer it if you mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Ending a subscription is possible per term. Your letter/mail needs to be in our possession by 30th November, 31st March, or 31st July, respectively. Ending your subscription at any other moment during term time, unfortunately means you forfeit the right to reimbursement.
